Just because it is overused advice does not make it any less important: life is better when you make a point of finding something positive in it every day.

In fact, it is one of those points of view that we hear all the time because it is so often proven accurate. Admittedly, there will always be days, and even whole periods of our lives, when we find this difficult, but that should not stop us from trying. The route to a small burst of happiness is often simple, like going on a nice walk or enjoying our favorite snack.

Wholesomeness is something that almost everybody is capable of; it is simply a matter of creating the conditions that allow this to flourish. Sometimes an attitude change is in order, but there is also the question of what we choose to surround ourselves with as well. It is easier to be positive when we are consuming things that are positive.

These days, finding wholesome memes to look at is arguably one of the best ways to practice this. At this point, they have to cover pretty much every pleasant experience and heartwarming moment out there, many of which are open for all of us to experience in real life, as well as through a screen. If that weren't the case, there would not be so many people creating and sharing this kind of content so regularly. That is a blessing in itself, and one that we would do well to pay attention to.
